How often should my heating system and gas appliances be serviced?
Generally speaking, once per year. This ensures the unit is working efficiently and within all of the safety guidelines.
Can you help me qualify for the Clean BC Rebates?
Yes we can! (As long as you meet the Clean BC criteria) Ask our office for more information when requesting your estimate.
Do I need to call a gasfitter to disconnect my gas appliance?
Yes. To ensure safety and that there are no gas leaks present, a gasfitter is required to be present each time a gas appliance is connected or disconnected.
How should I clean my fireplace’s Glass?
It’s important to use fireplace glass cleaner and follow their instructions, as the wrong cleaners can cause permanent damage. If your glass is extremely dirty, it’s time for you to call a technician as there may be other issues. We will even clean the glass as part of our service!
